Farm Fresh, Home Grown Beef cuts available. Canadian Codes of Beef Practice, VBP+ & CRSB regulations requirements are met for any of our cattle. We treat our cattle with antibiotics if they are sick and require it. We work closely with our local veterinarian to ensure correct treatments and doses are used. In compliance with our certifications (VBP/CRSB), we record all treatments and monitor withdrawal dates before shipping or processing of animals. We have our Manitoba Meat Hawker’s permit for selling our beef & are proud to be able to provide a healthy, nutritious protein option for individuals that wish to eat beef.

Options available for purchasing a whole, ½ or ¼ beef, as well as individual cuts (ground, stew, roasts, steaks). Any special request items, such as tallow (fat), bones, organ meat or oxtails will need to be pre ordered to ensure we can ask for them before processing.
